This platform collects extensive data from the entire process and supply chain of enterprise production and operations, develops application scenarios such as industry indices, financial services, and raw material procurement, and aids enterprises in addressing issues like high production management costs, significant capital requirements for raw material procurement, and financing difficulties. As of now, the Xinchang Bearing Industry Brain has connected 11,259 devices, reducing the comprehensive cost of the bearing industry by 12% compared to before the transformation, cutting labor costs by nearly 50%, and increasing the profit margin from 4% before the transformation to 8%. These successful cases demonstrate that the intelligent transformation of the bearing industry is accelerating and has achieved remarkable results.
